PASCAL REPORT ON EARLY LEARNING

A letter was sent to Kathleen Wynne, the Minister of Education, concerning the Pascal Report on Early Learning.

June 2009
Dr. Charles E. Pascal was appointed by Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty to be his special advisor on early learning in November 2007. Dr. Pascal was asked to recommend the best way to implement full-day learning for four- and five-year-olds.
